Team
Michele manages the sales and marketing side of the business and has a long history in the industry starting in college where she majored in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management at the Pennsylvania State University. Shortly after, she moved to Orlando and started her career in the hotel industry working her way through most departments, and hotels, but spent the majority of her time at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin in Catering/Convention Services and Sales.
Michele also enjoys working with many of our corporate clients and other industry partners as well as volunteering and serving on the Board of The Desire Foundation, a non-profit serving the Parramore Community where Foodie Catering is located. When she’s not working, she loves to travel, try new restaurants, and spend time with her husband, Chef Raul, and their 18 year old daughter, Sophia.

Foodie Catering is BY FAR our favorite caterer out here at Bridle Oaks! When they do a wedding, we know without a doubt the food will be perfection, and the service impeccable. Chef Raul is an amazing world class chef and Michelle is so sweet and fun to work with. The best thing about Foodie is what you get for the price. You get 5-star food for half the cost of other expensive catering companies. AND.... you get a smaller business with attention to every detail. I just can't say enough! We wish every bride would hire Foodie. We are trying our best to make that happen!
It was such a pleasure to have worked with both Raul and Zulema. I have used their services for my own wedding and i couldn’t have asked for anything more. The food was absolutely wonderful. My guest are still talking about how great the food was. We were so impressed with Raul and his awesome staff. I hope to work with him as a vendor next time! Believe me as a groom and now wedding planer, you won’t be disappointed.
