I was last minute prom shopping when I called into the store. Leah picked up and was sooo helpful and kind. She managed to grab me a dress that they only had one left of until I was able to come to the store in-person! Everyone else working was incredibly helpful and supportive of each other as well!

Formal Approach was patient and very attentive to my needs for my wedding. I had a lot of guys and they made them all look great! They helped me to pick out my guys attire, which ended up being Allure (the same designer as my gown), then at a layer date when my groom came with me to "pick out the tux" they sold idea of the allure to him. They were very patient with all 7 of my rowdy, silly guys during their fittings and did a wonderful job remaining patient. All of my guys were fitted perfectly and they looked so handsome! They even waived the late fee on several tuxes due to a family emergency after the wedding.
