We probably could've gotten our wedding bands for less from one of the guys in the diamond district, but I love shopping at Fortunoff Paramus because I never feel like I'm being taken for a ride or wondering about quality. Although they're selection of bands are a little more limited than specialty retailers who sell "just wedding bands," we wanted to stay with simple designs anyway so it didn't bother us. My husband and I love our bands and we know that we can go back to Fortunoff anytime at all if there is a problem or if we just want to get them polished. That's worth a lot right there. If you aren't shy about asking, the staff will work with you and prices are sometimes negotiable by about 10%.

My engagement ring has been sent back here several times to adjust the sizing or to tighten loose diamonds, and they have always sent it back free of repair charges, and reimbursed us for the shipping costs.
