Absolutely Amazing
Mikael Labuguen, the GM, was so accommodating with our wedding plans, and he handled all the behind the scenes planning with our events team, setting up the room blocks, our welcome dinner, organized and SERVED our day-of brunch, provided amazing bartending, and made sure that everything was set up and ready to go by the time guests started arriving after the ceremony. Their IT group even helped us with internet bandwidth to livestream the event to our virtual guests. Excluding the COVID factors we had to consider, this hotel has the perfect patio space for an outdoor reception, with full service by the hotel, and we and the guests couldn't stop gushing at how perfect everything looked.
My husband and I are beyond happy that we chose the Four Points as our wedding reception venue. We couldn't have asked for anything better - our whole experience with the team, the venue, and especially Mikael was perfection.
Four Points
Unfortunately we heard quite a few complaints of the bartenders attitude (which was shocking as we have had her be our bartender quite a few times prior with no issues, her excuse was business but that’s no need to be rude to paying customers). There were also water problems. A few rooms flooded outside the doors in the halls and our guests had to ask for them to swap out the old soggy towels left to absorb. Also the water just turning off completely while showering (third floor seemed to have the most problems).
As we are locals we never stay there overnight but thought that would be insightful for guests looking to book.
We just visit for drinks and apps :)
