Do not rent from this company. They were late picking up bridal party and never communicated with us. When they were 30 minutes late, we called and were told they were lost. Then it was the bus we rented broke down so they filled in with another bus.

When we finally saw the bus, an hour late, the driver went to the wrong house. The bride and bridal party were in the street with flashlights to signal for the driver to pick us up. The bus was dirty from a previous rental - full of beer cans and liquor bottles.

The owners response to our frustration was "I gave you a bigger and better bus." If we wanted a bigger bus, that is what we would have rented. I wanted my bride to arrive on time to her wedding in a bus that was clean and a professional, on-time driver.

Very upset with this company, the owner and the service. Do yourself a favor and avoid doing business with them.
