Freedom in Fruition was founded by Lindsey Laparra, who after getting married, decided a day-of coordinator is an invaluable thing for all events. Freedom in Fruition offers day-of and week-of coordinating for large and small scale events. So what exactly is “day-of” coordinating?

Day-of coordination is not for every event, but for weddings and large events it is a must! Here’s what it looks like: Instead of leaving all your event details up to a professional/friend/family member, you plan your event and craft it exactly as you’d like and then hand over the execution to the professional so you can enjoy your hard work on the day of. When you are the bride or groom, you do not want to be worrying about details on your special day. Wouldn’t you rather be focused on enjoying your monumental moments? Leave the details up to us and be free to enjoy your day.

What we do…

It’s simple. We coordinate, delegate, organize, direct, and execute all that you’ve already planned. This means connecting with vendors, getting out final payments, answering questions, knowing the venue, and more importantly, executing the vision.

What we do not do…

Plan. The planning is yours. Enjoy it, don’t stress, and then be glad to hand it over when the day comes. We do, however, offer our opinion through out the planning process if you have questions!
