Joanne from Fried Green Tomatoes is a true pleasure to work with. She is very kind, honest and helpful. All of their food is fresh and homemade. You can really taste the fresh ingredients and care that goes into her food. She is extremly accomodating and flexible. She does not try and up the cost or make the most profit possible like most wedding vendors. She actually worked with me to create a very tasty menu for both our cocktail hour and wedding that would help keep me under budget. The best part about this caterer is that even if you are on a budget; you DO NOT have to compromise on quality and taste. Love, love , love this caterer and I would strongly recommend her for any services you require. I had also used her for a company lunch and all of my co-workers raved about how wonderful it was.
