Katie Lirely is awesome! Hair and make up looked great and lasted all day!!

I had an appointment today. I waited one month to get this appointment. He told me your hair needs 5 hours and you are booked for 2 hours. How I know I need consultation. I called many times and no one answer. He told me why you did not leave a message. I am new here, so I don't know the system. Always in Chicago, when I go, they fixed my hair. However, how many hours need. Alway they try to help the customer HOWEVER IF HE DID MISTAKE OR NOT BECAUSE ALWAYS CUSTOMER RIGHT. I AM SO SO UPSET; tomorrow is my birthday I am not able to fix my hair color. I don't recommend this salon
