I had a great experience with my wedding party at this salon. We felt laid back and at-ease during our blowouts, which is pretty priceless when you are running late and headed into your big day. Our hair looked great and my bridesmaids even commented that they looked good flying home the next morning. Thanks so much to the staff here for efficient and quality service!

After calling around several places in Alexandria to find a salon that would work on my timeline, I finally found Frizzles, who led me to Tanisha. She was absolutely wonderful. I would highly recommend her services.

Worst stylist ever! Friends BEWARE!!! Guy by the name of ELIE, will not listen to his clients, do what he wants to do, them accuse his customers of being a liar when his customers tell him that's not what they wanted....my ordeal started trying to get my hair done, after telling the salon manager and himself that I wanted low lights and near natural hair color...he puts all natural hair color in, disregards my request for low lights and then tells me it's too late....after asking to speak to the manager, he comes over and them calls me a liar!!!! That is bad business and bad customer service! Luckily, I was blessed by another wonderful lady who didn't tell me it was too late and didn't take no for an answer......Thank You Ruby!!! BEWARE DO NOT SEE ELIE or your service will be terrible!!!!

UPDATE as of 18 December 2013:

So as of today my Friend had said it looked like I had three hair colors in my head, against the fact I was only supposed to have 2 colors, dark brown and red lowlights....I went to Springfield Frizzles to talk to the owner to get it fixed!!! Begins to accuse my friend who gets her hair done all the time of not knowing anything, then ass is she truly my friend??? FOR REAL??? He just did that! The owner says it is what I asked for, didn't even see the bad mistake and tells me he couldn't fix it!!! DO NOT GO TO THOS ALEXANDRIA OR SPRINGFIELD STUDIO OR YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF!!!! YOU WILL NEVER GET WHAT YOU ASKED or PAID FOR!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH SOME OF THOSE AS*HOLES FOR YOU WILL ENDURE HEARTACHE!!!! I should report them to the better business bureau!!! I WILL NEVER BE BACK TO THIS PLACE or FRANCISE EVER AGAIN! WHAT A PIECE OF WORK! PLUS... THE OWNER WAS LESS CONCERNED ABOUT THE CONDUCT OF HIS EMPLOYEES ON TOP OF TE FU*KED-UP JOB!!!
