Our wedding coordinators were amazing, Frolic & Beam made everything so less stressful & made our dream day come true! We had them throughout the entire wedding planning process, they were amazing about communication & on top of everything even when I was slacking lol. They are so organized, detail-oriented, professional, knowledgeable, and super fun to work with! I asked them for numerous opinions, and loved everything they would recommend for us. I really appreciated them keeping us on track prior & during the day of the wedding, and the timeline they created for the wedding was amazing. The day of, they were there helping us set up & decorating, and when we saw the final results of our vision, we were in love. During the wedding, the timeline was amazing to have & we had time to do everything we wanted & had plenty of time to dance at the end which was so important to us! And at the end of the night, they assisted with tear down which is the cherry on top! It was so amazing to have them there & we loved it & appreciated it all! We would absolutely recommend them, and would recommend the full service because we couldn't have done it without them! We cannot express enough how wonderful Frolic and Beam (Emily and Claire) were in helping us plan and execute our wedding celebration. They were savvy, experienced, organized, professional, and fun to work with, throughout all steps in the process. We wanted a celebration that was unique to us, which required some difficult logistics and creative thinking. Working collaboratively, they helped bring all our visions to life, and all within our budget. They kept us on track and reminded us of all the things we didn't even think to ask. My only regret is that we didn't book their full service package and have them handle everything! We cannot recommend them enough.

Emily and Claire did such an amazing job with my wedding! Working with them was such a smooth and easy process for me, they took care of everything from contacting vendors, creating a timeline, and EVERYTHING on the day of. They are so fun to work with and they pay attention to all of the details so you don't have to.
