My husband and I hired Alicia for our wedding in August 2017. Alicia is simply phenomenal. She goes above and beyond what you ask her and is there to reassure you every step of the way. At my traditional engagement ceremony, which I invited Alicia to attend, I learned from family how she assisted and it wasn't even part of her contract! Above and Beyond!

Im definelty an anal person and even with all my instructions and plans I provided to her she never once seemed annoyed and was so helpful. It was so worth it to hire a day of coordinator, and we were so glad to have gone with Alicia. She was very organized and so much fun to work with. Alicia has such a bubbly personality that it was so easy to talk with her through our plans and kept us excited. Our original wedding date was May 2020, but had to reschedule due to Covid. Alicia volunteered to jump in and help coordinate rescheduling with all our vendors. It was such a nice gesture and a great help. Alicia took care of so much behind the scenes that allowed us and our family to enjoy the day. There was a problem with the venue ovens, but as promised Alicia did not tell us about it until after the wedding.  She worked with our amazing caterer to improvise and adjust our timeline.  None of our guests knew that there was any problems.  We would highly recommend Alicia and her team for wedding day coordination.
