John Ellington and his staff are the very best at the job of catering any and all events!! John came out to view the venue and made suggestions and verified where we would like all of the food and beverages to be placed. His staff came and set up a wonderful display and everything was so professional at every turn. The Staff were polite, professional and fun to have at the event. They served and were just wonderful. They packed up the food and cleaned up the area so we did not have to worry at all about any of those types of things. And the food was so very delicious, and everything was as promised. If you are looking for the very best food, service, planning, delivery and execution, the team of John Ellington and his staff should be your ONLY choice!!! John was absolutely amazing to work with. My wife is a super picky eater and he was able to make sure she had plenty to eat that she liked while also having “fancy” menu items as well for our wedding! John was super responsive with taking care of allergen concerns and answering any questions along the way. His team at the event was super professional and kind! Also, THE FOOD. It was absolutely delicious and all of our guests raved about it! I wish we could have them cook dinner for us every night! We also ended up with leftovers so we got to enjoy the food for the next week as well!

We used Fuqua catering for our wedding rehearsal. We had them serve appetizers, then a beef and chicken taco bar and finally a strawberry shortcake dessert. They were prompt and courteous. They even put the leftover food in tins and labeled each item for us. I would recommend using them for your event..
