Our family business started in 1975 and was called the Woodshop. supplying the local craft store with unfinished wooden plaques. (decoupage was very popular) hand made furniture, grandfather clocks and rocking horses. Soon folks started coming in asking for picture frames. We manufactured our own line of barn board picture frames. Not long after picture framing was added, the demand for art took off and our name became the Woodshop, Gallery & Frame Shop. In Feb. 1981 the building of our current location was purchased and renovated with a grand opening in April of 1981 and "Woodshop" was dropped from Gallery & Frame Shop. Creative custom framing and local art is our specialty.
