It was an absolute pleasure working with Garnet and Sapphire for our big day on 3/19/2022! The wedding planning process can be overwhelming and from the second we met with Cindy, a weight was lifted from our shoulders. Cindy is so incredibly organized, prepared, professional, and passionate when it comes to wedding planning and we are so lucky to have had the chance to work with her and Vicky for day-of coordination at our wedding! Vicky ran the show on our wedding day and everything ran perfectly according to schedule thanks to their collective expertise, impeccable attention to detail, and flawless execution. Cindy and Vicky truly made the wedding planning process fun and stress-free. I hired Cindy and the G&S team because the planning was becoming too much for me. My vendors were overwhelmed and non-responsive and there were a lot of stressful family and friend dynamics at play. Cindy helped to get everything organized in the final days and manage those dynamics.

Cindy attended my final meeting with my venue and helped to remind them of my choices when their notes post meeting had a lot of details wrong. She also facilitated gathering all of the agreements that my venue needed signed from outside vendors. She is very organized and helped everyone to stay on track. After I hired her, I felt like I could really stop and let a lot go because I knew she had it handled.

She also provided great solutions for day of problems which are inevitable. My bustle wouldn't hold and shoe broke in half during the reception. She had a huge "fix it" kit and helped patch me up and get me back out to the wedding.

I wish I had hired her earlier because the wedding planning process, especially post covid, is really stressful. I would have appreciated being able to just delegate matters to her and sit back and enjoy the ride.

During COVID my fiancé and I decided to have a small wedding amongst family prior to a larger celebration at a future date. We approached Cynthia and asked if we could have this done in 2 months time and she replied with an unwavering yes. Cynthia was great with organizing the big day and offering options that helped keep the budget in check. I would recommend her to any future bride in Southern California.
