Gatherings of Blue Ash offers a stunning blank canvas of over 9,000 square feet of space and hosts intimate wedding celebrations as well as lavish receptions with up to 250 guests. Your celebration at Gatherings includes:

• An optional on-site wedding ceremony at no additional cost, with seasonal access to two outdoor patios;
• A gracious reception area for welcoming guests and enjoying a cocktail hour;
• A beautifully appointed Great Hall that accommodates up to 250 guests for seated dinner. It features towering walls of windows on three sides, impeccable hardwood flooring, an optional raised stage, plus cushioned Chiavari chairs and round tables;
• A private VIP Room for the wedding party to use for dressing, primping, and partying;
• Optional lighting selections, with custom choices in chandeliers and lighting styles, draperies, and state-of-the-art AV and sound systems;
• Options such as customized table settings and other special touches.

You will have access to the entire facility for an event that may last up to five hours (additional hours available at an hourly rate), with early access for hosts, wedding party, and vendors; full access to ceremony space and outdoor patios (in season), as well as one-hour ceremony rehearsal time; full access to VIP Room, reception area, and Great Hall. Your rental includes white or black table linens; standard china, stemware, and flatware; and day-of coordinator.
