They we're great! Helped us load eveything and stayed late to wait for my truck to pick everything up (I tipped him) and all the tent's table's and chairs we're top notch quality!!!

General Rental really does have everything. It was great to work with people that were so flexible in payments and timing and what we ordered. I can't even remember how many times we called and changed our orders! But they were nice about it each and every time! The only problem we had ~ and it's not much of a problem ~ is that we couldn't have the tent and other things delivered the day before the wedding because our site had another function going on. We got tagged with extra charges because of that. The delivery time wasn't as flexible so we had to pay... although it wasn't our fault. Oh well... small price to pay when they set up the tent and delivered and picked up everything else... and there were no problems with any of it!
