Hire George & Co!!

My husband and I needed a month-of coordinator to help us with our fusion wedding. We needed someone to coordinate two ceremonies on the same day, followed by the reception, at multiple premises. Since we first spoke with Judy, she asked thoughtful questions to address wedding components we didn't even think of, all the while being culturally sensitive and aware of what goes on in Christian and Hindu ceremonies (something we really appreciated since we weren't aware of some steps at times!). Judy is so detail-oriented, and most of all, she very clearly wants your wedding to be a success. Come wedding day, we were confident our wedding would be successful since we had Judy on our side. Judy and her dedicated team were with us all day and they were such a delight to be around; we felt comfortable with them from the start. They deftly navigated some issues - including wedding programs that went missing, to a delayed start of our first ceremony. I did not feel stressed for one moment on my wedding day, which meant a lot! Judy and her team also helped us navigate payment for multiple vendors and kept us on schedule. We fully feel that we couldn't have it without Judy and her team!

Exceptional service, patience and attention to detail!!

My husband and I had initially debated about the need for wedding planner/day coordinator, but we finally gave in and it was totally worth it! We chose Judy George and Co as our day coordinator, and that was the best decision we had made for our wedding!! The team truly exceeded our expectations; from the initial consultation to the big day, their commitment to perfection was evident. Judy reached out to us 2-3 months before the wedding day, shared her spreadsheet that consisted of everything that we need for the whole wedding planning. We were obsessed with these sheets as they were very organized, had reasonable deadlines and had every single detail that we would’ve easily missed otherwise. The team went above and beyond, ensuring every detail was meticulously taken care of. They epitomized organization, patience, and unwavering support. There were many times when we were so last minute and indecisive; however they handled every question and concern with a reassuring smile, making us feel truly heard and understood. They involved both families and vendors in the planning process and made schedules for all vendors/families/bridal party. Their creativity, professionalism, and dedication turned our wedding into a dream come true. Their composure under pressure was a gift that made our day extraordinary. Judy was with us from hour 0 of the wedding day until when the last person left the venue and everything was packed and placed in our car. Judy even made sure to feed me throughout the whole day. We were able to fully enjoy the day as every single thing was smoothly taken care of by this team. We wholeheartedly recommend them for anyone seeking a stress-free and flawless wedding experience.

Judy was amazing!!! 10/10 honestly.

We hired Judy for our day of wedding coordination after having a fall out with a previous wedding planner and we were so blown away by just how absolutely amazing Judy was. From the first time we met with her, she was so honest and helpful. She was always willing to tell us things as it is, both the good and the bad and that meant so much to us along the way of wedding planning knowing we had someone who was treating our wedding as if it were her own. She was always thinking of things way ahead of when they needed to be done. She was organized and always had a checklist and we could always count on her to follow through.
Additionally, as a fellow Indian Malaylee, Judy completely understood the cultural expectations and was always on top of making sure things were done the right way in terms of being respectful to our families and cultures. It felt like we were working with someone in our own family!
As a day of coordinator, she still met with us multiple times in the months leading up to the wedding and was always available if we had questions. One thing we LOVED is that she had a zoom meeting with both me and my husband and both sets of parents. She sat down and went through the entire timeline and where our parents would be and answered every question they had. I know all 4 of our parents appreciated this SO much and enjoyed the wedding day even more because of this. They even said it didn’t feel like their own wedding because they were so relaxed and we attribute that to Judy’s planning.
The day of the wedding Judy was such an amazing person to have by my side. She was calm, cool and collected and so PREPARED! Always positive and willing to do ANYTHING to make the day easier. Whether it be talking to people and vendors, to helping me get dressed, to holding my lipstick all day for touch ups, Advil for my headache the morning of, and so many more-there was no task she wasn’t ready to tackle. At the end of the night, Judy took the inventory list we had previously discussed and very meticulously made sure ALL of our belongings were collected from the venue and put back in our parents car. It was such a great feeling to know our things were accounted and cared for.
Judy brought a whole team with her -Josh, Jasmine, and Ashley really helped keep things moving along smoothly and took tasks off our hands. Each one of them brought a special touch. Jasmine held onto my phone for parts of the day and took surprise videos and pictures of things that I definitely missed along with little videos from my bridesmaids and husband and I loved to be able to look at these before our professional pics came in! It was so sweet.

So many people came up to us after the wedding saying they had never seen a wedding run so smoothly, efficiently and ON TIME. Our guests had an amazing time with Judy and her teams help. We are so incredibly grateful for Judy’s services, kindness, and truly- her friendship. We would highly recommend her to anyone who needs coordination services for their wedding.
