Services Offered

GK Events and Design offers the undivided attention of two team members who will provide seamless wedding planning for your special day. They will help familiarize you with your venue, set up and break down your decorations and supplies, and assist with timeline curation and management. They also offer a décor rental service for all kinds of celebrations, from weddings and bridal festivities to baby showers, gender reveals, non-profit events, and more.

Dream Team

GK Events were a dream come true. They supplied the decor for both my ceremony and reception while simultaneously coordinating and running the events. I can firmly say that I was the most chill bride, I didn’t have to worry about a thing. I knew I was in absolutely good hands, the ladies had everything under control and made everything look spectacular. They took my little Pinterest board dream and turned it into a reality. I can’t get over how they turned my dream into a reality.

incredible for both coordination and decor!

Wonderful people who supported us and were on our side every step of the way of the wedding.

We hired Gigi and Sandy for both wedding coordination and decor, and they knocked it out of the park with their planning and organization, aesthetic that they matched to our vision, and their being respectful toward our budget. The care they have toward their business and their clients shines through in their work, and the fact that they did a follow-up meeting even after the wedding really emphasizes that.

Their combination of friendliness and professionalism, even toward unexpected and hectic circumstances, kept us calm and reassured that everything would go well. By far the highlight of all our wedding vendors, and wishing them all the success in the future!

Wedding fairy godmothers!!

Gigi and Sandy were really like our wedding fairy godmothers. They listen, give advice, are personable and honest women. We had a farm wedding, which we built and designed from the ground up. Our wedding was on May 18, 2024 and we hired them in March, so they stepped into our planning process once our vision was already set. They were able to catch on easily and help it come alive. From the moment they started with us, they got to work! Every single thing that was brought in was rented or created by us. They began by getting in contact with all of our vendors and verifying everything we have rented or booked. Made sure that our vendors knew who they were and who to contact. They were available to chat as needed (alongside our scheduled/ included meeting times). They also traveled to the farm for site visits 2 times before our wedding weekend. On the night before the wedding, they stayed at the farm until all vendors dropped off the rentals and the property was cleaned up. Then, on the day of.. WOW. The farm owner failed us in many ways, but thanks to Gigi and Sandy they were our voices and made sure EVERYTHING went as smoothly as it could go. From setting up tables and chairs, to decorating, and managing the bridal party and guests as they arrived. We had a guest list of 212 people and not one of them knew any of the behind the scenes mishaps, thanks to them. We truly do not know what we would have done without Gigi and Sandy being on OUR team. Because of the amount of vendors and the farm owner being all separate entities, we needed someone who would be team Bride and Groom, make decisions when we couldn’t, and be our voices. We would and will be recommending them to any one who is ever in need of event planning. 5 stars all the way!
