The venue itself can sleep up to 20 guests but has room for up to 100 celebrants. With two separate houses on the property, there is plenty of space for you to organize a variety of events to keep all your guests entertained. Two fully-stocked kitchens also present you with everything needed to host a fitting feast for your loved ones. An oversized deck sits right on the beachfront, providing a wealth of opportunity for photoshoots and scenic, savored moments. Inside, the modern decor and relaxing atmosphere can present a serene and peaceful feel to your occasion with plenty of event spaces on offer. Services Offered

Good Karma Rentals offers couples the complete use of their waterfront estate for the entirety of their stay. To fully prepare and savor the quality and celebration of this venue, there is a minimum of a four-day stay at this property. Outside vendors are welcome at this property, allowing you to add your unique flair to the proceedings. If you are new to the area, the owners of this estate are happy to present you with a list of trusted local vendors. A wedding planner is also recommended to provide this estate with a dedicated coordinator for your special day.
