Welcome to GRACE GOW VOW, where you design and carve your wedding rings. Capably guided by metalsmith and designer Cat McCadden, this workshop is where your wedding rings come to life and your ring story begins. Cat uses her creative artistry and knowledge of jewelry construction to help you design and carve your unique wedding rings. In addition, she cares about the couple's ring carving experience and the rings themselves!

GRACE GOW offers unisex wedding rings and fine jewelry created from gold, silver, rose gold, bronze, and platinum. Cat emphasizes inclusivity, ethically sourced materials, ecological choices, and conscious studio practices. Additionally, Cat offers GRACE GOW WOW (Wax on Workshop) as an in-person or virtual service. The in-person WOW experience is a perfect gift before the big day! The WOW Design and Carve Your Ring kits are ideal for special events, such as wedding shower gifts or party activities, bridesmaids gifts, bride & mother of the bride"s special day or the entire wedding party. The goal is to provide you with artworks that are truly significant to you as a couple.

GRACE GOW is an ocean-inspired jeweler that provides stylish pieces for weddings and other special events. Owner and designer Cat McFadden is inspired by the meeting of oceanic shapes and contemporary urbanity. Cat's jewelry practice is inspired by where the city meets the sea. Working with traditional metalsmith fabrication techniques and the lost wax casting process, her jewelry has a hybrid contemporary style with textural motifs and lively depictions of oceanic forms.
Cat has been teaching the VOW Workshop, where couples of all backgrounds, identities and abilities gather to carve their own wedding rings since 2017. Cat’s mission is to use her creative artistry and knowledge of jewelry construction to help you both to create your own unique wedding rings. She deeply cares about the experience of carving the rings be as significant to the couple as the rings themselves.
Born and raised in New Jersey, Cat McCadden earned her BA in art history from Binghamton University before going on to study art direction at the Circus School, and honed her technical jewelry-making skills at Pratt Fine Arts Center and North Seattle Community College.
