My wife and I hired Ingrid as our "day-of coordinator" for our wedding, and to sum up this review in one sentence ... it was the best wedding decision we ever made!

Ingrid and the Grand Entrance team stepped in about a month before the actual wedding and were very enjoyable to work with. Ingrid scheduled almost weekly meetings with us to ask us about our vision for the wedding and to keep us updated with everything. She handled the coordination of all the vendors, both of our venues, as well as our entire bridal party without breaking a sweat. My wife had done the majority of the planning but she was so relieved when Ingrid stepped in to take over, as she was handling things we hadn't even thought about! When the reception venue vendor was unresponsive and had my wife and I worried, Ingrid tracked him down and worked out all the details for us.

On the day of our wedding, everything went smoothly and we didn't have to worry about a thing. Ingrid was there to tell us where to go, what to do, and to manage the entire bridal party. When one of our guests came to me with an issue, I just referred him to Ingrid and she took care of it like a champ!

We couldn't have been happier with Ingrid. She was professional, calm, and considerate of our ideas for the ceremony and reception. We were in excellent hands leading up to the wedding, and especially on the big day itself.

I've been in the service industry for over twenty years and rarely do you get the opportunity to work with individuals like Ingrid and her event-planning abilities. She will go out of her way to make sure that her staff as well as her clients have the utmost experience during an event. She is kind and thoughtful, yet stern when it comes to taking care of business, making sure that the visions for an event become a reality. Dealing with most people's thoughts and ideas can be challenging at times but Ingrid's ability to handle these things masterfully is a gift not many coordinators possess. She is a true joy to work alongside and experience. I look forward to seeing her continued success.
