Grazing Gems is a charcuterie catering company in Nampa, Idaho that provides an array of services for couples on their wedding day. Our gorgeous flat lay arrangements are built directly on a flat surface on food-safe parchment paper.

Services Offered

As an alternative, we offer Grazing Gems charcuterie cups that are a single serving and are a perfect hand-held snack for all your guests. Each cup included three cheeses, salami, nuts, crackers, honey, fresh fruit, and dried fruit. They are perfect for your cocktail hour or a snack during your after-party.

Add-ons that we provided at the request of the couple are plates, utensils, and napkins. We also provide greenery and eucalyptus. A clean-up service is also available.

Grazing Gems multi-dimensional tables bring the "wow" factor to any event. These have elements of elevated height and drama, a true feast for the eyes and taste buds. The table comes with a gourmet cheese selection, cured meats, dried fruits, nuts, olives, and various accompaniments. You and your guests may also enjoy fresh bread, jams, and other custom menu options to reflect the theme and season of your big day.
