A must to hire guerdy!
Guerdy and her entire team are the TOPS in the event planning world! We hired Guerdy when we planned our daughter's wedding weekend at the St Regis Bal Harbour January 2020. It was a destination weekend with majority of guests coming from the New York area. Guerdy coordinated every aspect of the weekend with every vendor. Décor Concepts, Tastings, Photography, Videpgraphy, Invitations and more. She attended all my meetings either in person or on line. She is SO ORGANIZED!! Did not miss a thing and made sure all the small details were special which was like the perfect thread weaving all the fabrics together. Guerdy planned a Friday night rehearsal dinner where all guests wore white and the décor was impeccable and clean with Blue Hydrangeas. Each person place seating had there own mini challah with custom printed liners. The night was perfection and turned into an amazing welcome dance party!
Saturday - the wedding day was timed to the minute. We woke up and Hair and Makeup began, set up and on time. and we followed her timeline to the minute ALL DAY LONG!
The day was flawless. She had the vision to create each space where it felt inviting full of "eye candy". The cocktail reception she used cabanas with floating plexiglass where she had custom escort table walls built. The chuppah and ceremony were clean and white with just the right amount of movement in the evening breeze. Rose petal cannons shot out wishing a huge MAZEL TOV and capturing the perfect photo-op. Our reception room was INCREDIBLE!! A unique table design with some lounge feeling seating, a special watercolor dance floor with hanging roses above. She had the bride and grooms' photo on Hotel Key cards, Welcome bag goodies, paper cones with truffle French fries! The after party was a creative genius all done by Guerdy! She took letter that the kids wrote to each other and recreated them on a dance floor which also served as a foyer to the main ballroom. The space was electric filled with a laser light show, mirrored DJ booth and candy shelves. We all partied until the wee hours of the morning with swag and FUN FUN FUN!! HIRING GUERDY is a MUST for a flawless, creative, organized perfect event!
