I recently retired and have set up a small business to produce jam favours for weddings and corporate events. I make all the jams by hand in small batches to produce a real fantastic flavour jam. All produce is fresh no additives and made by the traditional open pan method in small batches. Great flavours and bespoke designs. From beachy themes, to rustic and vintage weddings.
