History

In 1993, Eric and Julia Guggisberg stood overlooking the Doughty Valley and decided its beauty needed to be shared with friends near and far. They soon opened the doors to the Guggisberg Swiss Inn, allowing their guests to get away from the hustle and bustle of life, while enjoying a family friendly atmosphere.

This venue is easily accessible from State Route 557, just a short drive from a number of area attractions such as the world famous Guggisberg cheese - home of the original baby swiss.
