About
Our passion is cooking our gourmet Neapolitan style thin-crust pizzas. We make our own dough using a special blend of locally milled flour, and we always use fresh ingredients, prepared specifically for your event! We love bringing our unique mobile wood fired oven all over Snohomish County and beyond. Burning local maple and organic fruitwoods we fire our oven to 900 degrees. At that temperature our pizzas cook in about 90 seconds! We can produce a fresh, hot, delicious pizza just about every 30 seconds for the duration of your event.
We offer an all-you-can-eat pizza buffet that can quickly feed groups from 50 to 300. Our prices include compostable plates, napkins and flatware. We also offer a variety of appetizers and sides. We bring our own worktables and worktable linens. We bring the restaurant to you!

I started working for Gusto Wood Fired Pizza in 2016 while I was in college at Western Washington University. After graduating, traveling, becoming a high school science teacher, and getting married to Zach, together, we bought the business from the previous owner, Russ in the spring of 2022. We now get to share our love for food with others and we could not be more happy!
