Hailey was the best decision I made about my wedding. After interviewing several day-of wedding coordinators, I left our intro call sooooo confident. During our initial conversation she asked some excellent questions that no one else had asked. I knew she was on her game. She was super flexible with our requests, really took the reigns over immediately. She was excellent at handling our vendors, communicating with our very large wedding party and decorated the venue perfectly. Her assistant Kirby was so sweet and kind. I truly enjoyed getting to know them and have them both be apart of our special memories. Thank you Hailey and Kirby for everything! Hailey was beyond amazing as our wedding planner. Our wedding was postponed three times due to the pandemic and tragically only a couple weeks before our reception my husband and I experienced an unthinkable tragedy. Despite all the challenges surrounding our event, Hailey handled everything for us with compassion, grace, organization, and kindness.
