My now husband and I decided that we wanted a small-ish backyard wedding, not knowing how much work and detail it would require! However, with Lizzie and her team’s help it was everything we could have ever wanted!
I hired Lizzie as a month of wedding coordinator. Lizzie knew it was a backyard wedding, which means a lot of work. She met with me about 3-4 months before the wedding so that I knew exactly what things I needed to work on. She then met with me 5 weeks before the wedding to take everything over and reach out to the vendors so that I don’t have to anymore. She was SO GOOD about checking in with me and making sure things were still on track.
The day before the wedding we went through every detail of the wedding and how I wanted everything placed and decorated. She was so easy to talk to and gave me suggestions along the way that were super helpful!
The next day, everything was placed exactly how we had talked about and it was PERFECT! More beautiful than I had imagined. I believe there were some missing table cloths from the vendor and I didn’t even hear about it. I’m sure something else happened that I was never made aware of and THANK GOODNESS!
She made sure that my itinerary was on time and that everything went flawlessly. She is very organized and willing to help in any way she can! I can’t imagine our day without her.

We cannot say enough about how amazing Lizzie was in helping us coordinate our wedding. From our first call with her we immediately loved her down-to-earth, warm, friendly, but professional vibe. It felt like talking to an old friend!
Lizzie helped us find the most perfect team of Photographers, DJ, and flowers. We highly valued her opinions and are so glad we did because the team was fabulous and worked so well together.
When the hotel we were having the wedding at looked like a construction zone two months before our wedding (when it was supposed to be done two months earlier) she immediately calmed us down and handled any issues that came up. When the wedding point person at the hotel quit two weeks before the wedding, she also handled that with ease. She acknowledged our feelings, but always made me feel confident that she would do what it takes to ensure we had the perfect wedding.
Lizzie always went above and beyond. We had a destination wedding and she let us ship decorations to her home, she printed out table numbers and put them in frames for us. She communicated with all of our vendors for us in the month before the wedding and made sure the timeline was communicated with everyone.
Lizzie always responded via text or email almost immediately, She was so easy to get in touch with and easy to talk to. She organized a rehearsal the day before the wedding and answered any questions we had.
The day of the wedding was rather warm and she had water at the ready for us while we took photos and held an umbrella over us in between photos so we didn't get too hot. She brought appetizers and drinks to our sweetheart table. She even escorted a baby possum out that tried to crash the reception!!
At the end of the night she brought food, jackets, purses, presents, cards, etc. up to our room. She left a flower petal heart on our bed with a handmade ornament. It had the location and date of our wedding handwritten on it and she put sand from the exact spot we go married in the ornament. She also left emergency kits on each of our night stands with all of the essentials for the morning after.
We LOVED Lizzie, our families loved Lizzie, our bridal party loved Lizzie. She was so friendly, so professional and so competent at everything she did. No matter what craziness happened we had full faith that Lizzie would solve any problem. It was such a nice feeling knowing we didn't have to worry about anything.

Lizzie was phenomenal! She provided guidance promptly whenever asked. When we had a concern with any vendor, her response was. “Consider it handled”. And it was handled! Lizzie provided a seamless interface with the church and venue coordinators, listening and stepping in when appropriate. We purchased many things for the reception(chargers, candles etc). Lizzie made sure everything was placed appropriately. She was absolutely lovely to work with and, as her company name indicates, we had absolutely “no worries!”
