About

The historic Hale Springs Inn was built in 1824 by John A. McKinney and is nestled in the heart of historic downtown Rogersville, Tennessee. The inn has three presidential suites all named after presidents which have been previous guests to the inn: Andrew Jackson, Andrew Johnson, and James Polk. After a multi-million dollar renovation, Hale Springs Inn offers modern-day amenities and convenience for the sophisticated traveler while still preserving its historical significance.

Hale Springs Inn is the ideal setting for your next event. Whether you are planning a wedding, business event, or social function, the Inn is your perfect destination. Our unique location in the heart of downtown Rogersville offers accommodations with nine oversized luxurious guest rooms, as well as dining settings in our main and small dining rooms, tavern, patio and even the outdoor Courtyard.

Our renowned and talented culinary team provides the perfect decadent touch to each event. We can customize menus, based on dietary needs, customer preference, as well as personal budgets.

This location is absolutely wonderful. We rented the entire Inn so we had the place to ourselves for 24 hours. Therese Hodge was great in helping us get everything coordinated and created a beautiful setting for our special day. The price was fantastic and included so many extras for the price. Would definitely recommend Hale Springs Inn.

We attempted to have our wedding here, but it was just one issue after another. It's a cute little Inn but unless you are only renting the space and not asking for the help of their "Event Coordinator" I would not recommend it. We couldn't even get a simple food tasting schedule. It literally took 3-4 weeks of us constantly emailing and calling her to get one setup. Then the day of the food tasting I called a few hours in advance to make sure we were still having it and the person at the front desk clearly didn't know anything about a food tasting that day. The front desk receptionist was great though and handled the situation very professionally. I asked to have the Event Coordinator call me, but got a call from the Chef, who was also very nice and professional. I again asked to have the Event Coordinator call me. I never received a phone call from the Event Coordinator, however, five days later I did receive an email from her where she blamed every thing on the Chef. Even if it was the Chef's fault, which I doubt that was the case, it's very unprofessional for that to be your explanation. Needless to say we decided to go with another venue. Luckily we had not signed a contract or given them a deposit yet.
