My husband and I had the best experience with Culture Live band at our wedding on 3/5/22! The sound was incredible and they really added an extra 'wow factor' to the event. Our guests were so impressed and had an amazing time dancing and singing with the music. They play a wide selection of songs from different genres and even accommodated some special requests. Bergman was so helpful and professional and was a pleasure to work with. 10/10!

I have been to many (many) weddings and seen some incredible live bands, some of which charge $25 to $30K for a wedding. We looked at many wildly expensive bands, and Hammock's group The Culture was by far and away the best we saw, at a fraction of the price of some of the others. They BLEW US AWAY!!! There were so many times I couldn't tell if the band was playing or we were listening to the recorded version of a song-- they were that good! We used the 8 piece band and added in a trumpet and sax, and then also used the DJ during the band's breaks. Our dance floor was absolutely PACKED, and at least half our guests said it is the best band they have ever seen at a wedding. I cannot speak more highly of the quality of the band, their professionalism, their ability to read the vibe and play all the right stuff. They learned to play our father/bride, mother/groom dances (Sinatra's "The Way You Look Tonight" and Van Morrison's "Days like This") live, which was incredible, and were flexible with us when we had to make some last minute logistical changes at the venue. We also used Hammock's ceremony and cocktail hour musicians (violin/cello for ceremony, jazz guitar for cocktails) and they were impeccable. During our reception, the DJ did the M/C work and was very respectful in coordinating timing with us for things like speeches. I cannot recommend these guys enough!
Some personal favorite songs from the evening: Despacito, Valerie, Fireball, Uptown Funk, 24K Magic... they can truly do it all! Hire them IMMEDIATELY and thank me later.

We hired Hammocks Entertainment for a destination wedding in Virginia. They could have not been more perfect. If you want a band that is lively, fun and a band where you are not sure if yout’re hearing and original recording or live music then this is your band!!
They are very responsible, they really cared to know the kind of music that we wanted or didn’t want. The owner of the band kept in touch with me during all the months prior to the wedding to make sure everything was in order as planned. I wouldn’t have wanted any other band. I recommend them 100%!!!
