I used the Hampton Inn as a hotel for room blocks for my December 10th wedding. I worked with Elissa to sort everything out and everything went perfectly. Elissa was amazing to work with - she answered all my questions quickly and fully. The staff was all very friendly and accommodating and the hotel itself was clean and comfortable.

I booked two connecting suites for myself and my sisters to stay in the night before the wedding (they stayed there the night of the wedding too). It was very spacious and super comfortable - even with four people.

Highly recommend to anyone planning a Lenox / Pittsfield wedding or event.
