Month of wedding coordination -- absolutely amazing!!
Hannah and her team were truly a joy to work with. When we started to engage with Hannah around 2 months from our wedding, she immediately calmed our nerves. She came to our initial meeting with a whole checklist of items that we filled in together, making sure we kept track of everything that needed to be completed and when. She also brought up items that we didn't know we needed which was super helpful.
Leading up the wedding, having Hannah start to engage with some of our vendors was super helpful. She kept tabs on logistics planning, payments that needed to be made, and always provided helpful suggestions for my now Wife and I to think about.
Where Hannah's services were truly amazing was wedding weekend. She expertly organized and ran through our rehearsal. Her leadership, calm demeanor, and professionalism were so helpful in wrangling our large party to know exactly what they need to do for the procession. It gave me (truly a nervous wreck) a sense of calm heading into the biggest weekend of my life.
During wedding day, she coordinated with the parties to help get us there, made sure we were dialed in for the ceremony, and along with our DJ made sure we stayed on time throughout the reception. Truly an amazing experience and would highly recommend her services to any couples.

Hannah is passionate about creating relationships with her clients, and making their wedding vision come to life! She has worked in the event industry for over 5 years, and has been bringing wedding dreams to life for her clients for 3 years! She has gained a lot of experience in different areas of the events industry including event design, floral design, venue management, and of course planning/coordinating. She has planned and coordinated weddings ranging from rustic ranch weddings to luxury resort weddings. She loves to see a big crowd on the dancefloor, but has also found a love for intimate weddings and elopements this year. Outside of weddings, you can find Hannah hiking, drinking margaritas with her hubby, planning the life of her future puppy, shopping at HomeGoods, or soaking up all the beach days she can get after living for 24 years in the mountains of Colorado.
