Hannah LaPan Events made my daughter’s wedding perfect. From the rehearsal dinner to the reception their team made sure it all went smoothly. Our guests kept telling us what a beautiful wedding it was and how much fun they had. Hannah was very attentive to what my daughter and fiancé wanted for their wedding and made it a realty. I will definitely use them again.

Our magical wedding would not have happened were it not for Hannah and her expertise! We took a more DIY approach to our fall barn wedding and wanted it to feel earthy and romantic. Hannah took our vision and ran with it. At first, I wasn’t super inclined to hire a wedding coordinator. However, about half way into the process with Hannah, I started to feel there was no way we would have had such a smooth time without her! We picked the vendors that we wanted to use and she gave all the guidance for orders and amounts. After that, she was a logistics queen, coordinating arrivals and departures with grace. She was always willing to be reached via text or call and was a great person to bounce ideas off of. Not only did she set up the entire venue, she handmade the bridal bouquets and she stayed late to make sure that everything was packed up and organized. What was best about this was that she really believed in letting the bride and groom be stress free; if there were any questions on the day of set up, she made sure to have a point person other than us who would be on call! On the day of, she was vigilant and detail oriented- keeping every candle lit. I would HIGHLY recommend her for your wedding. Whether you want someone to do it all or you want someone to coordinate your efforts for the big day, investing in a planner, particularly Hannah, is a great use of your money.

I was not a big believer in the benefits of using a wedding planner. I heard that planning a wedding was stressful but until I had to start the actual planning process I didn’t realize how relieving it is to have a professional to guide us during the planning and to take the coordination responsibilities for the wedding day. I have been to some weddings where things seem unorganized or you see the bride and groom having to step away from being the bride and groom to work with the vendors at the wedding. I got to just enjoy my big day and not worry about any of that. Best investment for the big day by far.
