About
Nicole McAllister is a local harpist to the Charlotte and surrounding areas. She has been studying the harp for over twenty years, first, under the instruction of Gretchen Van Hoesen, Principle Harpist of the Pittsburgh Symphony and then, under the instruction of Anne Marguerite Michaud, another Principle Harpist of the Pittsburgh Symphony and Faculty Member at Carnegie Mellon University and Grove City College.
Nicole has recorded two CD’s, “Rejoice With Christmas Strings” and “Enjoying the Journey.” She has played at Heinz Hall, Carnegie Museum’s Architecture Hall, Duquesne University and has traveled to other cities to perform.
Nicole resides in South Charlotte with her husband and children.
