All counseling and ceremony planning will be will be done by phone or via Zoom, until COVID-19 restrictions are over. Weddings,Vow renewals, and funerals are limited guests. We attempt to be COVID compliant.

The Wedding License:

Couple: It is the couple's responsibility to pick up the license from the Clerk's Office, and bring it to the ceremony. It is the couples responsibility to have two witnesses sign the license. THERE CANNOT BE ANY CROSSOUTS ON THE LICENSE.

The Officiant: It is the officiant's responsibility to File the license with the Clerk's office. The Officiant has ten days to file the license. Once filed, the Clerk's office has ten business days to complete the license process. At that time, the license will be available for the couple to purchase for about ten dollars.

Harrison Pastoral Services charges a $28.00 license filing fee, included in the final price.

Harrison Pastoral Services focuses of God's design for marriage--one man--one woman--and how following that design will enhance married life.

Harrison In Home Care & Pastoral Services is a wedding officiant service based in San Bernardino, California. In order to be married by one of their officiants, Harrison In Home Care & Pastoral Services requires couples to complete in their pre-marital counseling services, which consist of two 2-hour session. We work with couples from a variety of Christian denominations, including Baptist, Evangelical, and Orthodox, as well as non-denominational couples. The company is licensed all 50 states,ordination does not allow for non-Biblical standards. Couples are permitted to use their own vows. We strive to add a personal touch to your day. Ceremonies typically last less than 30 minutes, with rehearsals and pre-marital counseling services available.

Counseling:

Pre-Marital Counseling--Harrison Pastoral Services stands out as we offer pre-marital counseling for those weddings we officiate.We utilize the Symbis System.Four topics covered in counseling: 1) Finances, 2) Dreams, 3)Boundaries, 4) Deal-Breakers.

Relational or Marriage Counseling/Coaching: $85-165/hour. A 24-hour Cancellation period or a session will be charged. I usually meet clients in a Public Library, in one of the study rooms. Right now we will usethe Zoom video conference.

Additional Services:

1) Bi-lingual--$150--I read Spanish, I can read vows. I am also able to work with an interpreter. I may bring someone or you may provide a person.

2) Rehearsal--1 hour--$150.00

3) Vow Renewal--$150 plus mileage: paperwork is not required for this event.

4) Music Solo--$150 plus mileage.

5) Day of the Wedding Coordinator/Planner: You have the musician, the wedding party, and the DJ, yet you are unsure of how to coordinate everyone into a beautiful event. I can help. $1500.00

Mileage: Mileage is $0.58/mile round trip and is added to every quote.

ALL MONEY IS to CLEAR PAYPAL TWO DAYS PRIOR to the EVENT.

There is a $500.00 CANCELATION FEE.
