Harry’s Savoy Ballroom is an elegant wedding venue located in Wilmington, Delaware. This venue, which is situated near Harry Savoy Grill, is owned by Xavier Teixido. Xavier Teixido acquired the grill back in 1993, and eventually expanded and added on the ballroom a few years later. Now, couples can experience this celebrated venue for their bridal shower, engagement party, rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception.
Facilities and Capacity
Harry’s Savoy Ballroom features a total of five event spaces made up of indoor and uncovered outdoor sites. The interior is made up of elegant and classic styled décor. Couples can use the ballroom, which can accommodate up to 250 of their friends and family. For an outdoor affair, you can move out to the courtyard. This secluded spot will charm you and your guests with the many blooming potted plants and stunning fountain. Whatever your wedding size or style is, you are sure to find the perfect backdrop here. This property also offers brides and the bridal party a private suite where they can spend time together and get ready.

As you plan your ceremony and reception at Harry’s Savoy Ballroom, you will receive personal attention from the team. Before your wedding, you can meet with the team to discuss what you have in mind and learn about what they offer. While there are all-inclusive packages available for couples to choose from, they are also more than welcome to completely customize them. In addition to offering wedding planning services, the team can also take care of all the little details on your actual wedding day by providing setup and cleanup services. Harry's unique configuration of their ballroom allows for the music to be comfortable for all guests in attendance, it’s really a wonderful venue! They’re very accommodating and their event coordinator, Cindy is great to work with. We love working with all the staff and the food is delicious. Our wireless uplighting looks amazing in their ballroom as well! ;)
There is never any question or doubt when I know my bridal couples are planning their wedding at Harry's Savoy. Every element of Harry's is superior--I have observed first hand how they interact and handle their couples. In fact, as a wedding officiant myself, I feel like royalty when I am at their events, whether it is a bridal show or a wedding that I am officiating. As far as 5 Stars are concerned, I rate them 6! The facility is gorgeous, the variety of options are exquisite, the team of professionals working there to serve bridal couples are amazing and leave nothing undone. Harry's is one of my favorite places to be, simpley put. Couples considering this venue, you will not need to think about anything--they will do that for you, and you will have no regrets. Harry's spoils you with perfection!
