We were married on August 3rd, and we are still at a loss for words. The Heartland Ranch was such a perfect venue. The view of Mt. Rainier directly behind the altar was incredible. The tent fit all 143 of our guests, our buffet, the DJ, and the dance floor. The large grassy area gave the kids plenty of room to play and dance. Our photographers were in love with the scenic views, as well as the lighting in the wooded area. The bar offered the perfect space for our bartender. The bridal suite was plenty large enough for our wedding party of 14, and was so nicely decorated.
Marcia was amazing. She is so friendly and kind and truly cares about each of the couples that get married there. She is professional, and full of great ideas. She is flexible and really wants the best for your special day. Everyone I have spoken to since the wedding has complimented us on the venue, and how absolutely perfect it was. I am so glad we chose The Heartland Ranch, and I would recommend it to anyone.

Marcia and her crew are so helpful. Booking this venue for my wedding was the least stressful part of the entire wedding process. I had an enormous guest list, but they were flexible and patient with me, and they helped me plan other aspects of my wedding to make sure its execution at Heartland Ranch Venue was perfect. I couldn’t be happier.

What a beautiful venue when you want something totally customized with a beautiful backdrop. They are super flexible to your needs and so accommodating.
