Carla is born and raised in Santa Ana Ca, ( Orange County region). I didn't have the privilege of youtube and all the social media platforms so, I taught myself to do makeup with fashion/beauty magazines I use to snatch from my mom's dental office. Luckily the beauty industry has evolved since the 90s; I have always believed the correct and proper skills, and techniques are needed to deliver immaculate looks and have your makeup last. With that being said, I have been fortunate to say I have been a certified professional makeup artist for 13+ years and a licensed Esthetician. I have completed my A.A. in the Beauty Industry Marketing and Product Development program and my B.S. in Business Management at FIDM, where I have developed skills in understanding the knowledge of product development, ingredients, marketing, global business, and brand image.

As a former educator and product developer in color cosmetics, I enjoy educating my clients on color cosmetics, skincare, ingredients, and upcoming beauty trends. I have had the pleasure to work with along the side of brands such as Urban Decay, Dominique Cosmetics, and Dragun Beauty. I have had the pleasure to work on some astonishing product innovations within these brands.

It is highly important for me to be knowledgeable, a good listener, and organized to deliver the best experience for my clients. I began all my services with a customizable skincare prep, and proper sanitation. I strongly believe prepping the skin correctly allows the makeup to lay on properly and not just sit on top of your skin this allows the makeup to last.

I strongly feel education is key; the beauty industry is evolving by the minute so, I enjoy receiving and educating myself on the upcoming beauty trends to deliver the best service for my clients.
