Our flavorful foods are made from our all scratch kitchen, from hors d’oeuvres to entrees and desserts.
Fresh hors d’oeuvres such as beef kabobs, eggplant, mozzarella rolls, and asparagus wrapped in prosciutto, tequenos in garlic sauce, beef empanadas, and ceviche shots as well as many others are available.
Dinner entrees such as beef tenderloin, beef Italian roll, grilled salmon, pork loin, chicken florentine, rib eye steak, beef brisket, Carne Guisada, Chicken Cordon Bleu and Grilled Chicken Smothered in a Mushroom Sauce.
Side dishes such as orzo florentine, white rice with vegetables, mashed potatoes grilled or steamed vegetables with balsamic vinaigrette.

Expert bartenders and wait staff are on hand to tend to your guests’ needs. We also provide china, silverware, glassware, table linens, linen napkins, appetizer display, dessert display and all serving equipment for the event.
