We had our wedding ceremony and reception with ~ 100 guests on 9/10/16 at Hetherington Hills Farm and it was perfect. This venue and more specifically Katie and Ed are the best around. After visiting almost every farm/barn venue in western PA we finally came upon Hetherington Hills and knew it was the perfect spot for us.

After a few meetings and discussions we sealed the deal and started planning. Not only do they have a ton of decor and supplies but they were open to just about any idea we had. We had the freedom to choose vendors and customize our big day. Even when we asked questions about things we thought they may not have considered they always had an answer. Katie acted as our de facto wedding coordinator. They were always available to bounce ideas off of and give us their thoughts when we kept throwing out ideas from Pinterest. They were extremely flexible throughout the entire process and a valuable resource during planning.

After we decided on our vendors, Katie and Ed worked with each one of them directly. Whether it was meeting with them on the weekend or hosting multiple calls, they took the stress of coordinating with our vendors out of our hands.

The weekend of our wedding was seamless. They coordinated every detail down to 15 minute blocks including the walk through and rehearsal on Friday. They were at the farm all day Friday and worked with us on final layouts and details.

The day of the wedding went better than our wildest dreams. I can't tell you how many guests came up to us and said "This is the best wedding I have ever been to" or "how did you find this place? It is amazing!". One family member complimented how all of the small details made the day and experience unlike other weddings they had been to. That is a testament to the thoughtfulness and hard work or Katie and Ed. They were extremely detail oriented from start to finish.
