My earliest memories are of living on Hickory Lane, where butter was made in a jar, salad was grown in the garden and dinner was fished in a stream. My roots are southern, my culinary adventures are international and my training is in classic French technique. Today, I enjoy taking seasonal California bounty and creating beautifully presented dishes that offer comforting and delightful flavors. We call it elevated comfort food.

Additionally, after my twins were born prematurely, I studied holistic nutrition in order to nurture a healthy family. I am well versed in dietary restrictions and will take these requests seriously.
