By hosting your special day at Hidden River Events, you can choose from several spectacular outdoor spaces for your event. From a romantic ceremony in the arbor to late-night dancing in the courtyard, there are plenty of areas to celebrate in style. Overall, this flexible venue can accommodate up to 350 guests and be adapted to suit the size and style of your gathering. After your ceremony, you have the option of being transported to the reception marquee by a horse-drawn carriage. Unique and charming, this experience is ideal for making an unforgettable entrance in front of your guests. For your reception, you can step into the 6,800-square-foot artisan tent for an evening of dining and dancing. Brimming with vintage charm and country chic, this gorgeous space is made for catching up with loved ones. It features chandeliers, string lighting, and antique decor, creating a magical atmosphere like no other. Depending on the season, the tent can be air-conditioned with ceiling fans during hot weather or warmed with heaters in the winter.

Hidden River Events offers an all-inclusive package to provide you with all the necessities for your milestone occasion. This service includes event planning, set-up, day-of coordination, DJ entertainment, photography, and much more. You are free to customize each option to your liking, selecting recommended vendors that reflect your specific requirements and preferences. If you wish to stay the night, the farm offers onsite accommodation for up to 60 people.

Feel like more than a number
The venue owner radiates love, open nature and a kind heart. Which made a HUGE impact on our day and beginning steps of our marriage. The property is not only lovely-there is a peaceful presence surrounding every blade of grass there. We loved our day and how magical the venue and staff made it for us and our family! The next day we stayed on property and celebrated our families coming together surrounded by the river, and nature. A grounding end to an eventful season. It was a pleasure to be in your venue and have your love surround us on our day!

Every detail was beautiful
Hidden River Events can certainly describe themselves as an “all inclusive” wedding venue, given the number of different services that can be included with your contract. We decided to go with their included caterer (Anne’s Custom Catering) and florist (Hidden River Flowers) and were thrilled with that choice. We also really appreciate the option to bring our own vendors for photography and videography, as we had some specific people we wanted to work with. Throughout the planning process, Grace and Haley were always on hand to help us with any questions or requests we had, helping us to stay organized and focused. Lastly, we also asked Jeanne (the owner of Hidden River Events) to be our officiant, and we were absolutely blown away with the level of attention and care she gave us, helping us to have exactly the ceremony to match us and our relationship. Hidden River really goes above and beyond to make weddings special, and we are truly forever grateful for all that they did!
