She and RJ are ordained, nondenominational ministers who are proud to work with all identities and loves, including all members of the LGBTQIA+ community. They will support you and every other couple to express yourselves in a safe and inclusive environment.

You can look forward to a straightforward planning experience working with PNW Wedding Officiant. Hillary & RJ offer two simple pricing options, catering to your vision, budget, and needs. All ceremonies start with a consultation session via Zoom to ensure your ceremony lives up to your expectations.
COVID-19:
Hillary and RJ are fully vaccinated/double boosted and committed to the safest possible ceremony experience for you and your loved ones. They are only able to work with fully vaccinated/boosted couples.
Availability:
Hillary and RJ are currently accepting bookings through December 2024.
Travel Range:
Our travel range includes the following Western Washington counties: Island, King, Kitsap, Pierce, San Juan, Skagit, Snohomish, and Thurston.
RJ will consider travel to Clallam, Grays Harbor, Jefferson, Mason, and Whatcom Counties on a case-by-case basis

My full-time career in higher education and corporate university recruiting has brought me all over the country and world (26 states and 12 countries for work alone!) speaking with people of all ages and backgrounds.
