My wife and I decided to have a small wedding and couldn't have picked a better place. The venue sits on top of a hill and has a wonderful view of the hill country. Everyone who attended the wedding enjoyed everything the venue had to offer. Clayton (owner) was very courtesy and drove us and the photographer to great locations on his property for photos. My wife and I would definitely recommend this venue for any occasion.

The venue was absolutely perfect for our wedding. We booked it sight unseen (since we’re from out of state) and we couldn’t have been happier or more satisfied with our pick. The venue was idyllic, clean, perfectly climate-controlled (came in handy in the Texas heat!), and beautifully designed (making for perfect photo backdrops). Our guests kept complimenting us on what a perfect location it was. The patio, which was large and easily accommodated our party of around 30, offered amazing, uninterrupted views of the hill country. The patio also had a fireplace that was a hit since it allowed a large group to gather round in the evening (when the temps cooled down a bit) to enjoy the surrounding views. There was easy access between the patio and the interior of the venue, so escaping the heat during the daytime was no problem. The venue also had a great sound system that was easily managed from an iPad which was very convenient for us as we did not have a DJ.

The owners were responsive to our inquiry and questions throughout the process, and Clayton was kind enough to take us to various spots on his property in the evening so that we could take advantage of the setting sun for some beautiful wedding photos. Clayton was also available and helpful to our caterer in the run-up to planning the day, which was much appreciated as we did not have a wedding planner.

We also ordered a dozen of Christy’s s’mores for our party and everyone loved toasting them around the fire on the patio in the evening. The homemade graham crackers and marshmallows were downright excellent.

A few of our guests also stayed at the cabins and had nothing but good things to say about them. Clayton kept a few of the rooms blocked off for our wedding guests even quite close to our wedding date which was much appreciated by our guests who booked their travel late.

In short: the venue was beautiful, elegant, and super clean/comfortable, had everything we needed to both get ready and to store food and drinks for our wedding party, and the owners made the whole process easy and pain-free for us. We highly recommend this venue for anyone looking for a beautiful location for a Texas wedding!
