Luca was so creative! We loved that she used digital and film for our wedding to get the look we liked in every type of lighting. She is a true artist!

Luca was so wonderful and delighted to have her with us for our special day! She also did our proposal & engagement photos and we were so happy with the results.

My wife found Luca on the internet and contacted her about shooting our destination wedding in the alps of Austria. Luca was very flexible and made organizing our European wedding while living in the US as stress free as possible. I was able to meet her in New York to discuss our wishes for the pictures and she happily agreed to have all future meetings with my wife and I via skype. Luca understood the type of wedding we were looking to have and made sure her work reflected the small, intimate wedding we desired. Furthermore, this clearly wasn't Luca's first wedding to take photographs. While planning the event she was able to help avoid a potential scheduling issue. She didn't feel that the time we allotted for formal photographs between the ceremony and reception was adequate. We altered our schedule and that was definitely the right decision. We were very happy for the expertise she provided both ahead of the event and at the event.

Once our big day came around Luca went above and beyond anything we expected. She was there from the minute we started getting ready to when we left the reception late at night. She adapts well to make the best of any situation. After the ceremony, we found ourselves in the middle of a rainstorm during the time allotted for formal pictures. Our outdoor photo shoot with the alps in the background was not going to work. Luca once again showed her expertise by telling us she had already picked out indoor spots to use if the weather didn't cooperate. We love the formal portraits. We also love the candid shots she took throughout the reception. Lastly, many wedding guests only spoke english and had traveled from the US to attend the ceremony in Austria. We had a few language barriers throughout the day and Luca stepped in to translate. We had a very small wedding and at the end of the evening Luca felt more like a member of the family than a hired photographer.
