We loved having our wedding reception at Hilton Springfield! Meghan, the event coordinator, is absolutely astounding and we were incredibly grateful for her compassion, thoroughness, and enthusiasm. She worked with us every step of the way, answered all of our questions promptly, and made the planning process easy and enjoyable.

Hilton provided many features to enhance our special day, including decor and a spacious prep room. We enjoyed our catered food and appreciated their wine and beer selection. Hilton put a romantic treat in our room, which was a nice touch after such a busy day!

We booked many rooms through the hotel and thank Jason for his help. There is a Houlihan’s on the main floor, which was great and convenient for our rehearsal dinner, after-party, and brunch! The manager, Richard, was always available to help with information and planning.

Hilton Springfield is an incredible value in Northern Virginia, and I highly recommend considering them!

Meghan is wonderful to work with; She made sure all our needs were taken care of. From the chairs, linens, cocktail hour and reception she was so involved. Even our customized signature drink sign she was so nice to create one to add a personalized touch. She made sure our guest were happy and taken care of. The hotel staff were courteous and made sure everything went smoothly. Our wedding day was the best day ever, huge part of it is because of the Reception Party.
