Holiday Inn Grand Rapids Downtown is in the heart of downtown Grand Rapids and is the perfect venue to celebrate your special day! Whether you're looking for a group block to host your out of town guests, a great spot to celebrate on your special day, or the perfect place to gather for a post-wedding brunch, we'd love to have you!

Our event space seats up to 80 guests for a meal service, whether you are planning an intimate ceremony or lavish dinner reception our event staff will work with you to create a custom experience based on your style and budget.

I really enjoyed the space they set up for our ceremony and reception. It was clean and properly staffed at all times. I was a bit discouraged by the price at first, but feel it was well worth it in the end.

Great location for our Grand Rapids Public Museum wedding and reasonable pricing for a downtown hotel in the summer. I was disappointed that I couldn't hold more than 10 rooms for my guests and couldn't do it any earlier than 9 months in advance. We had many out of town guests that wanted to stay in GR after my 6pm-11:30pm wedding/reception but were unable to because the hotel was completely full by the time our invites were sent out. I even had my immediate family book separately from the 10 held rooms.

They definitely made the hotel very nice and modern though. The update really helps it seem like a fancier hotel. Everything was clean as well.
