The staff is very kind, professional and helpful, the ballrooms are very nice and can accommodate many guests. We had steak and walleye for our dinner and we received many compliments from our guests on the amount and quality of food.

When we were looking around for reception venues we were back and forth between a few but when we looked here it was easy to make the decision. They have the whole bottom floor (Great Lakes Ballroom) so you have no problem finding the place and our guest could just stay at the hotel so when the night was over we didn't have to worry about everyone getting home safely. To put the cherry on top when you book with them the bride and groom get a suite for the wedding night and also a hospitality room for the weekend to keep your decorations, get ready etc.
