Who are the Owners/Photographers of Ho'onani Photography?
Honey Kaho'ohanohano is a Wife and Mother of 3 boys... having just given birth to twins in September of 2009. Born in Hawaii on the island of Maui, Honey brings to the table a vast amount of experience in the Entertainment and Travel industry. Photography has been Honey's passion for years, having learned the tricks of the trade from her Father. Loving all things beautiful - especially nature, Honey picked up her camera again and decided it was time to make her lifelong passion a career. She is an Ordained Minister with the Universal Life Church in Modesto, California and is licensed to perform weddings in the State of Hawaii. Honey became ordained after she decided that she could offer her Event Planning business more than just her expertise, but a bit of her emotion as well. Honey is a Wedding/Event Planner by trade having planned countless events from Weddings to Corporate extravaganzas. After deciding that her true passion was to focus solely on Photography, Honey decided that Always means... Forever, Productions would transform into her dream job - and AMF Productions was renamed and re-established as Ho'onani Photography.

Kevin Kaho'ohanohano (Honey's husband and biggest supporter) is a Freelance Photographer with more than 6 years of experience. He also assisted Honey in the Wedding and Event Planning when AMF Productions was the driving force behind it all. When he is not photographing a Wedding or on a Portrait Session with Honey, you can find Kevin spending time with his boys or in his recruit class for the Maui County Police Department.

Ho'onani Photography has been in business since 2004 (under Always means... Forever, Productions). The name change occurred in September of 2008. The couple lives in Pukalani, Maui (Hawai'i) and pride themselves on their work in their photography work and creative designs. Their inspiration for their photography comes from many sources... Love, Families, children, laughter, beautiful and amazing sky scapes and sunsets, and nature.

What intrigues Honey the most is when she has the privilege to be present when a bride and groom are getting married. "If we had a hand in their happiness on their big day and for the rest of their lives... that feeling is golden!" says Honey. "I feel like I'm reliving my wedding day all over again, the emotion, the happiness & the tears of joy overwhelm me as if I were the one walking down the isle."

Kevin & Honey engaged themselves in photography after having Ka'eo (their son). Although they have dabbled and worked with photography for a few years - they were determined to capture the innocence of a picture after their son was born... and their business flourished and grew from then. Now with a set of twin boys (born in Sept. 2009) to add to their cozy family - the couple is sure to always have a camera in hand... (as if they didn't already!)
