Eileen is a stellar jeweler! She goes out of her way to make sure you are satisfied with every aspect of your purchase. My husband went in to purchase my engagement ring. When they had to cut it off my finger because it was two sizes too small, Eileen assured me that no one would ever be able to tell it had been cut. She was right, the ring was just as beautiful when I got it back sized correctly. They custom made my wedding band to match my engagement ring for a VERY reasonable price.

My husband and I went to almost every jewelry store in the Michiana area and when we walked into Hopman's we knew immediately that we would give them our business. These people are extremely knowledgable in jewelry and they bent over backwards in assisting us. They were not overbearing, nor did they give us the impression that they just wanted to make a sale. It was a stress-free, fun environment and they treated us like we were family. Eileen is a wonderful jeweler and she worked with us by ordering several rings I wanted to see, emailed me with updates on rings and took into consideration the type of ring I was looking for and scouted different styles on my behalf.
